Shout-O-Lear is a multiple LED light fixture that hangs in the Creative Technology lab at the Creative Circus.

Made out of PVC pipe, wire, multiple LED strips, and ALOT of soldering, the Shout-O-Lear can detect a change in decible levels inside the room. When there is a change in volume, the lights change color depending on the level of sound.

Using a nano 256 LED panel, it can show you what it needs by emojis
