*Like all of MoZeus products, I used an in-house-data-capture administrative system that collected data from the appropriate fields.*

The purpose of this application was to capture the user's data for client and provide verification if the data was entered correctly. This includes making sure state, address, and zip code were real data being inputed. I also implemented signature in the XML flow to send to our back-end team for easy export back to our client.

The client sent over rough drafts of the design concept, but I was able to implement other alternatives to the UX design while following the brand's requirements.

This application was both styled in portrait and landscape orientation.
